Gematria Calculator - Demo Description
This app displays one or more gematria entries, with multiple calculated Gematria values (Standard, Standard + Word Count, Standard + Letter Count and alternate methods like "At-Bash", Ordinal and more) for each entry.
It is intended for users who are familiar with the Hebrew alphabet and language.
This demo app is limited to two entries at a time. The full version "Gematria Calculator - List" does not have this limit.
By default, entries are saved to the app default storage location on the device and restored upon reopening the app.
The app supports night/dark mode, if the OS is set to use night/dark mode.
A Hebrew Keyboard, like the free multi-lingual Google GBoard is needed to type in א-ב letters (both standard and ending letters ["sofiyos"]).
Spaces will also be shown, if entered (unless they are leading or trailing spaces), but they are not included in the character count for the relevant Gematria type. All other non-א-ב characters are ignored.
Tapping on the letters of an existing entry will copy that text into the text entry box on top for further use of that text.
The app will show one or more columns of entries, depending on the available screen width.
The location of an entry in the list can be changed by either long-pressing and holding anywhere in an entry, or short-pressing and holding the ≡ button in an entry, and then dragging and dropping that entry to a different location in the list.
When entries are shown in only one column, then "swipe-to-dismiss" is enabled; an entry can be swiped left or right to remove it from the list. To change the location of an entry, the entry can be dragged up or down in the list.
