Arrive at your destination without feeling tired from the time difference. Gently adjust to the new time zone before your trip. Start the first day with full energy.
Time shift your alarm before travelling.
The app will slowly change your alarm time over a 6 day period. It changes between 30 minutes and 1 hour earlier or later each day. Try to stick to the new circadian rhythm as much as possible. Shift your work hours if needed, or sleep in two phases if appointments can't be shifted.
Waking up to light resets your circadian rhythm.
The app turns on the screen 20 minutes before your alarm time and slowly increases the brightness. This signals the brain that the day is starting, even if it's the middle of the night because of the time change. The sound of a chirping bird is added to the alarm time to gently wake you up.

The app starts a sleep timer 8 hours before the new time for the next morning. A slow sunset with the sound of an owl helps you fall asleep and adjust your circadian rhythm.
