After proving compliance with the requirements and criteria of the Container Program in the App, you will be certified as a low-risk, reliable operator and, therefore, will enjoy the benefits offered by Brazilian Customs, related to greater agility and predictability of your cargoes in the flows of the international trade.
In the section of the regulation that deals with the SAFETY criteria applied to the Logistics Chain, the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil (RFB) establishes the need for a formal (written) procedure, of mandatory application, to verify the integrity of the cargo unit along the chain logistics. The procedure must establish that suspected violations of the integrity of the seals or the cargo unit are reported and dealt with internally and, when applicable, communicated to the competent authorities.
