The application offers instant access to municipal news and events. Thanks to it, you will receive notifications about a crisis situation, waste collection deadline or the need to pay tax.
Needs map – reporting problems:
The application allows you to report various problems or faults in a very simple way. It may be, for example, a dangerous place, a street lighting failure, a problem with waste collection or an illegal garbage dump. Select a report category, take a photo, press the locate button and submit your report.
Waste collection calendar:
The application will remind you about the date of collection of individual waste, inform you about the principles of selective waste collection, and notify you about news related to this topic. The module also allows you to send complaints regarding lack of waste collection, damaged containers or other situations.
Interactive map:
Objects on the interactive map are grouped into categories and subcategories, and contain descriptive, contact and multimedia data. An additional function is to activate the navigation function leading to the selected object.
You can use the application anonymously - you do not need to create an account or provide any data.
The app will only ask for permissions to access:
- push notification system so you can receive crisis warnings, reminders to put out a waste container or notifications about important news
- a calendar to save the date of the event you are interested in, include it in your daily schedule and remind you about it the day before
- photo storage to be able to add a photo to the problem reporting system
- GPS receiver to download the precise location and assign it to the report
