Goal Tender Description
Goal Tender can be used by anyone, but the features are geared specially for individuals who may have issues with ADHD, anxiety, memory issues, and/or insomnia.
A user creates a goal list. Goals are then broken down into events for scheduling.
The event schedule is deliberately limited to seven days or less. This is part of a behavior modification process. For people who have Anticipatory Anxiety, limiting the number of days shown is an attempt to focus on the immediate needs and goals.
Persistent Reminders - For people who are easily distracted, have memory or focus issues, persistent alerts will prompt users on a regular basis while an event is happening to help keep them on track.
Also for people with insomnia, a sleep log will be available in order to track the duration and intensity of chronic insomnia events.
