Set your goals and track your progress of each goals.
Set your goal and it down breakdown into subtasks (aka sub-goals).
The goal could be:
* A task, a dream, project, achievement, To-Do item, target, mindset, habit etc.
For example, you can set the goal to be:
* Loosing weight/getting abs.
* Make money.
* Finding love/spouse (Girlfriend/Boyfriend).
And the breakdown of it, for example getting could be:
- Month 1: Do 50 pushups a day.
- Month 2: Do 100 pushups a day & run 2 miles.
