This app is terrible. When you select a hot deal it says "Unexpected Error" or "tee time no longer available." It happens with a lot of golf courses you try to select. And it is happening to several people we know. We called customer service about this and tried to escalate the issue but they just ignored us and never returned our call. I'm an IT person myself and have never seen such a poorly functioning app. Now there is another problem. Credit card information keeps disappearing.

I have canceled due to the weather here in Houston, TX, and unfortunately, there is no refund of the fee. I feel in certain areas that would make sense. Also, the hot deal times are nonrefundable and the credit issued to the golfnow app, can only be used on a hot deal time which really limits your chances of getting your money back. This is really bad business practice.

Outstanding App GolfNow is an extremely convenient way to book tee times at many of the best public courses in a given area. Almost all of these courses put their tee times on the app. Not only that, GolfNow provides great deals, you can find incredible courses for as low as 50% off in some cases. Finally, GolfNow offers a credit system where booking tee times gives you points you can use to get free golf! Who doesn't want free golf? I recently booked a free round and could not be happier!
