This is an amazing app! It takes less then 5 minutes to set up the whole account, it's easy and free. Just download the app, scan the collar, put the info in, and a picture! How it works is if your furbabe gets lost/picked up by someone they just need to scan the tag and it sends and immediate notification to my phone telling me her exact location. There's so much more cool features. Would 100% recommend. This is a great option if you don't have enough money to get your pet microchipped.

It only lets me get to the page where you pick dog or cat and it absolutely crashes afterwards. I chose dog and it just keeps on saying "please select a species" I tried reinstalling the app and trying again didn't change anything. Please fix this bug, the products have nice design and all but I picked this specific one because of its function.

Couldn't create an account on the app, the loading wheel just kept going. I tried to create an account on their website and that worked, but I could not login in the app. The whole point of getting this collar was for the lost and found app, which seems to be useless. Not really a sustainable business model to market stuff that just doesn't work.
