Green Level Club CheckIn Description
The app aims to improve the productivity of Green Level High School club meetings by automating attendance and recording attendance in Google Sheets. The process for each club currently takes 10-15 minutes (about 100 students), and the app can reduce the time to 2 minutes.
There are two types of users of the app: Admin and Student. The admin is a person who tracks attendance by scanning students' QR codes. Once the QR code is scanned, the admin's Google sheet is updated to record attendance. The app allows the admin to sign in with Google but stores that information locally within the app, and we do not collect that information. The app only facilitates the update of the Google sheet that the admin owns using Google sign-in.
The student is a person who shows their QR code to the admin to record their attendance. The app is designed to store user information, including the first name, last name, and email of the student, only locally on the phone, and we do not collect that information.
