Grex, from Latin, Flock.
We believe that caring for the flock is the most important task of a shepherd.
As in the parable of the lost sheep, the shepherd left the 99 sheep to look for one that was lost. In order to be able to make this decision, we realized that he knew each one of them, had the exact count of the sheep, had a good management of his flock.
To facilitate the management of cells and assist in decision-making by the leadership, the Grex application was born. It was created by members of Videira, designed and developed to meet the demands of Videira and Vine. It is 100% mobile and was designed to be easier to use on smartphones.
With the Grex application, the cell leader will be able to send the weekly report in a few seconds, indicating the presence of each member, attendee or visitor, the cell offer and any important observation about the meeting. The app also has a monthly report, where the leader can update people's roles, growth track courses and indicate the dismissal of a member of the cell.
The church will have updated cell and person data, and will be able to use advanced filters for search and statistics.
The pastor and leadership will have access to a powerful management panel, with graphs and indicators, where they will be able to analyze important management data, such as frequency, cell health and demographic data.
All this with personalized access permissions by levels and roles.
