Grupo STS Description
The Grupo STS application ranges from simple condominium management to opening the doors of the building using the integrations available in the application. All with the same login and password, receiving pushes for more important issues, online access in real time, life in residential and business condominiums is much more peaceful. Features (varies depending on the enabled plan):
- Complete registration of tenants, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit;
- Communication between liquidator and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (with moderation);
- Reservations in the ballroom, moving and other agendas;
- Messages;
- Control of entry and exit of visitors;
- Authorization for the entry of visitors;
- Access to security cameras;
- Notices of arrival and withdrawal of orders;
- Resident and Guest virtual keys
- QR for residents and visitors;
- Reverse QR Code for residents and visitors;
- Opening doors with camera view;
- Facial recognition;
- Access reports;
- Digital Intercom;
