Guard Solution Description
The GuardSolution is aimed at the control of functional processes in the concierge and surveillance posts.
The solution provides benefits of great value to companies that provide concierge service.
The solution consists of two modules:
MANAGEMENT MODULE
System that runs in the monitoring station of the concierge company. It uses web architecture and is accessed via a simple internet connection. Not to install any software in the enterprise is necessary. The system is installed in high availability data center, with link redundancy, and power monitoring 24 X 7 X 365.
Through MANAGEMENT MODULE you can:
Manage concierge stations;
Manage employees;
Managing of each employee work shifts;
Manage surveillance in stations;
Monitor and manage alerts generated by non-conformities in the stands;
Generate various reports.
MODULE ORDINANCE
Mobile system that runs on a tablet at the concierge desk. The tablet is fixed in place in order to become the "control panel" of the post.
Through MODULE ORDER it is possible that the doorman:
Check regularly that is present at the gate;
Beat your point (start and end of journey and range - meeting the ordinance 373 of the Ministry of Labour);
Roll the occurrence electronically records by attaching photos when necessary;
Talk to the control center via two-way Chat;
Request telephone contact;
Use the Panic function;
Please use the duress password as needed;
SUPERVISORY CONTROL
The Ordinance module also serves to record all inspections conducted in the post. Through a specific access each time the tax perform the inspection routine in position, it may form its log visits to allow the extraction of management reports.
