I love playing this game but every event for the past 3 months (at least) I have done multiple upgrades for example: on equipment ON equipment day....no points/credits/claims. This has happened at least a dozen times costing me loads of money and each and every time with the exception of the one that just occurred a few minutes , I have wrote a detailed description of the issue and included screen shots EVERY SINGLE TIME and have never once been acknowledged, or better yet compensated! Ridic!

I'll be honest. I play most of these games for Ad it Up points toward my Cricket bill. I don't pay a single dime of real money and I don't have any problems. I'm a fan of Dumas, so the storyline and characters are nice. I like the supernatural twist. I've had no problems leveling my castle in the required amount of time for the points. I like the estate missions, killing the monsters, etc. It's not bad for what it is and gets me ten thousand or so points toward a phone discount. Win/win.

I've been playing for years. customer services is notoriously bad for beating around the bush and not resolving issues. yesterday in the biggest event of the year the Christmas Eve event I made a simple mistake and purchased the wrong items not for cash but in an in-game prize exchange. I've done this before and it was resolved quickly. The new game management is not like this. I did not use any of the rewards or points shot the screenshots and was still denied for no reason except they're lazy
