The "Discover Hann. Münden - App" allows you an interactive and multimedia tour through the picturesque half-timbered and three-river city of Hann. Münden, which Alexander von Humboldt described as one of the seven most beautifully situated cities in the world. During the tour, you will be accompanied by different characters to 12 stations in the old town, which will be visible as an augmented reality experience in short film sequences.
At the individual stations, interesting facts and amusing anecdotes are presented with text, images, audio and videos. This content can be played directly on site, either via mobile data or without internet access if the app has been downloaded in advance. The stations are precisely controlled using the navigation on your smartphone or tablet.
A 360-degree panorama shows you the Guelph Castle in Münden at the end of the 16th century and lets you immerse yourself in the heyday of the Weser Renaissance.
