Heart Rate Monitor is an app that measures heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV) and detects respiration.
Detect the subtle pulse changes of the fingers through the camera lens, obtain the photoplethysmogram (PPG) to calculate the heart rate, and use the heart rate to analyze its variation.
When measuring, lightly press the camera lens with your fingers and keep your body as still as possible. The heart rate can be calculated within a few seconds.
