HELLO Description
(1) HELLO is a Panic Button mobile application developed by Vision Promise Pty (Ltd).
The three specific services HELLO caters for are Security services, Towing services and Emergency Medical Services.

The application has four panic buttons which function the same way except for the General Panic Button.
• The General Panic Button can be long pressed to send an alert to HELLO call centre. When it is tapped, there will be a notification to confirm or cancel the request.
• The other panic buttons, being Security services, Towing services and Emergency Medical Services, are tapped to request their respective service. There will be a notification to confirm or cancel the request.
When the client confirms the request the app will show a notification written "notifying HELLO". Thereafter HELLO will show a notification written "request sent to HELLO". When HELLO call centre receives the alert, the client will receive a call from HELLO to confirm the emergency.
Security Services:
When the Security Services panic button is triggered, HELLO will alert the closest security company in geographical proximity to the client's location. The security company will drive to the client's location according to the coordinates recieved upon the request. The client will be called by the deployed officer/guard when they have arrived at the scene.
Upon resolution of the emergency HELLO will call the client to follow up on their state and if further assistance is needed. The security officer/guard who attended the client remains a steward over the client for the next eight (8) hours.
Towing Services: Clients can send an alert to HELLO for Towing services by tapping the Towing service panic button and confirming the request. The application will forward the alert of the emergency to HELLO call centre. HELLO call centre will alert a tow truck to be sent to the client's location. This service is only available for one 1ton vehicle (and below) and for two hundred and fifty kilometres (250km/pm) a month. Each client is alloted only fifty kilometres (50km) per alert.
Medical Services: HELLO clients have access to Emergency Medical services near them. The Medical Service panic button will connect the client with an emergency medical Service provider when triggered. With this emergency trigger, HELLO will be in regular close contact with the client to ensure that they're assisted quickly, appropriately and professionally. The client can be assisted at home or be transported to the hospital depending on the condition of the client.
For directions: The map tool can be used to help the client communicate their location with the service provider.
Subscription: the client will pay a subscription of $7.49 monthly by debit order.
