Our app is designed to help you, whether you’re in therapy or not, to better manage your mental health. An interactive SelfLine allows you to remember key moments with notes and photos, as well as develop your understanding of what impacts your day-to-day mood.
Our Trackers help you monitor your emotional state, depression levels, anxiety levels and core wellbeing. Get advice within the app and measure your progress over time.
For those connected to a therapist, the app can be used to see details of upcoming sessions as well as watch back previous ones. You can also receive messages and resources from your therapist which help support you between sessions.
The app is just as secure as our web platform with fingerprint/pin code login required every time you use it, as well as full video encryption.
