Exceptional feature of viewing all CCTV cameras remotely, anywhere in the world. Major missing thing is playback control. It should have 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x speeds in playback mode. (I have seen this feature earlier in the same app). Also while recording, it should record in selected speed (2x, 4x, 8x). Currently the length of recorded video is increased unnecessarily. Please do the needful.

Horrible. The app keeps buffering to 89% or 95% and then will stop loading the cameras. User has to try and reload again and again... Not sure if this app is incompatible with Android but it is absolutely useless for its purpose. What is the point of having the cameras and security if they will not load on the phone. So frustrating

Hik-Connect is a user-friendly app with a clean interface. However, it would be even better with some additional playback controls. Specifically, the ability to fast forward or skip ahead in increments of 5, 10, or 15 seconds would be incredibly useful. Even just a 10 or 15 second skip function would make reviewing footage much faster and more efficient.
