Hisense Supply Chain Management (HSCM) is a specialised system developed to streamline and optimise the supply chain processes within the Hisense organisation. At the core of HSCM is the OPSI Forecast dashboard, which provides a comprehensive view of product-specific order quantities, purchase quantities, sales quantities, and inventory quantities. This dashboard enables users to gain valuable insights into product performance on a monthly basis. Additionally, key metrics such as Month Of Sales (MOS) and Turnover (Days) are incorporated to further analyse sales trends and inventory turnover.
