HNDO Dortmund Description
The HNDO app in Dortmund supports household-related services as well as tradesman services for renovation, maintenance and modernization measures for your own apartment (as long as they are available).
Under the vision of “Big City of Neighborhoods”, the city of Dortmund supports the idea of a neighborhood kiosk that provides voluntary neighborhood help in the district and develops into a hub for offers, e.g. in the areas of (training), culture and health. This resulted in the “Neighbor Bude - A Bude for Everyone” project at St. Joseph Church Square/Münsterstrasse in Dortmund’s Nordstadt. The integration of regional businesses as providers, network and cooperation partners is part of the “neighborhood kiosk” concept. In order to build a local trading center for household-related services, an app was developed with which service providers and contractors can carry out commercial “neighborhood assistance”. A test operation for the use of the “HNDO app” will be carried out in the coming months.
