Leave & Salary Management
Do you keep forgetting the count of leaves taken by your staff or the number of times they report late for work? Do you forget the loan amount given & adjusted to the staff? Do you have to maintain these details in a physical diary.
With Zanskar you can get rid of your physical diary and keep all such records safe. If your staff downloads the Helper version of the app, they can also see the entries made by you & resolve disputes at the earliest.
Online Salary Payment
Once you have calculated the salary amount, the same can be transferred to your staff’s account seamlessly through Zanskar. This module is currently under development and will be made available soon.
Location tracking
You may want to see the current physical location of your staff for reasons of control & safety. This could be for your maid with your child or your driver in your brand new car. Your staff can even mark attendance through a simple check-in - this captures the time & location which can be viewed by you at your convenience.
Sending your helper’s details to the police for your peace of mind
Personal details of your staff will be offered to the Police to be added to their records. In case the authorities need more details to complete this submission, we will come back to you & request you for the same.
