Although Unity is a game engine, this is not a game. There is no way to interact with anything in this definitely well-made joke app. It is also worth noting that the ".Exe" in the app name is simply part of the name, and the mobile app is not an exe file.
While this may be the first app by this developer uploaded to the Google Play Store, it is not the last. Future apps may range from jokes like this which took a couple of days to small games that have been a work-in-progress for over a year now ;)
