Houman Technician is part of the Houman Ecosystem Application. It is one of the three apps that are interrelated. This app is used by the Houman staff to handle their tasks as per the requests assigned to them. Some the important tasks that can be performed by the technicians are as follows
1- Handle Service Requests
2- Tracks Time, Date and information regarding requestor
3- Communicate with Requestor

Handle Service Requests:
Whenever a customer raises a request based on the service type for example an electrician request or plumbing request, the assigned user will get a request in his queue with the requestor information and the issue. This will help him understand the cause of the problem before going to the customer for inspection

Track Time, Date and Requestor:
Whenever a request arrives, the information such as time of the request, requestors name and number and the details regarding the request are displayed for timely action.

Communicate with Requestor:
The technician can communicate with the requestor. As the number is displayed with the requestors apartment number, the technician can go to the mentioned apartment and resolve the issue.
