HQL Suite is the learning app by Huma Qazi Limited and covers digital learning content from our various products, brands, and programmes, The Privilege Project, SYNERGIES and New Inclusion. HQL Suite provides bespoke training on diversity, inclusion, and leadership. Our business, brands and focus areas can be summarised as follows.
Huma Qazi Limited is a management consultancy established in 2014, specialising in providing tailored D&I strategy consulting, culture change and people & leadership development solutions. We have a diverse portfolio of global clients, across various sectors, geographies, and size of business. The client base is primarily corporate clients and private companies along with charities and IGOs. As a group of consultants and creatives we hold up a mirror to current behaviour, challenge current thinking, and develop leaders to think and behave for the future, not just now. Our consultancy delivers a highly personalised service, bespoke programming, curious and innovative thinking, and courageous solutions.
The Privilege Project is a unique and pioneering blended learning programme on different types of privilege and how we can use it for good to tackle bias, address exclusion, level the playing field and be better advocates for others. It focuses on reframing and leveraging privilege for good to accelerate allyship and create social change. We are supporting organisations to recognise and address areas that require institutional and systemic change. We’re developing leaders and equipping them with solutions and a roadmap to become change agents, as they must be the ones to influence and change their own environment and workplace culture.
New Inclusion is the brand that focuses on delivering innovative thinking, energising talent, and high- impact learning & development solutions to drive positive culture change, embed inclusive leadership behaviours and develop effective global leaders for today and for our future world. Our strategic solutions and learning models are pioneering, in-person, virtual, flexible, and digital, app-enabled, bite-sized learning with live scenarios and hackathons. Our programmes are exciting, disruptive, integrated, digital and multi-platform, equipping our delegates with safe and brave spaces to debate, learn, be decisive and commit to actionable change. SYNERGIES is a learning & development product dedicated to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Networks, offering bespoke programmes, conferences, and events for those leading ERGs, committees or involved as Executive Sponsors, as well as wider executive teams. SYNERGY takes inspiration from its definition; the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements, contributions.
