iCalendar QR generator Description
iCalendar is a standard format for schedules used in calendar apps.
You can export schedules etc. with data in this format.
Converts the entered schedule into iCalendar format data (ics) and generates a QR code.
You can easily register to the calendar app by scanning this QR code with a compatible camera app.
We have confirmed that it can be used with the iPhone series standard camera application and Google Lens on Android smartphones.
At present, we have confirmed the receiving operation with the standard camera app for iOS such as iPhone and the Google Lens app for Android smartphones.
(Confirmed models: iPhone6s, iPhone11, Pixel4a)
Whether it can be used on Android smartphones depends on the model. (Confirmed with Pixel 4a)
1. Enter the required information
・ Schedule title (optional)
・ Location (optional)
・ Time
・ Duration of Schedule(minutes)
2. Tap the "Create QR Code" button.
3. Display the QR code on the camera app of the smartphone you want to register.
4. If it is a compatible application (iPhone, etc.), the message "Add ... to Calendar " will appear, so tap it.
5. The schedule will be registered in the calendar app, so check this and you're done.
・Do not enter machine-dependent characters in the title or location. QR code is not generated.
・Notification Message is set to be sent 1 hour and 12 hours in advance. If you want to change it, please by the calendar app.
・When displayed with Google Lens ,The notification time is set to notify the default time of the calendar app. You can change it manually at the time of registration.
・The QR code is generated using the API of Google Chart. Due to changes in the specifications of this service, the release of the application may be terminated without notice.
・ For next reservations at dentistry, hospitals, salons, etc.
・ To ensure that group members are informed of reservations for various events
・ Support for people who tend to forget their promises, etc.
