1. Open the app after installation
2. Click "Apply Theme"
3. Select Launcher type

Nova Launcher: Nova Settings > Look and Feel > Theme Icons
ADW Launcher: On the home screen, press "Menu" > More > ADWSettings > Theme Preferences > Select theme
- Holo Launcher: On home screen, press "Menu" > Launcher Settings > Appearance Settings > Icon Pack > Select Theme
4, Using the home screen, tap any icon
5, Click Edit and change the name as you wish
6, Hold on the icon and go to the app IconChic - Black Icon Pack
7, Select the icon in the app Black Icon Pack and it will appear on the Homes creen
