The iFeelRelax Pack includes:
ALIVE GRAPH - A professional HRV graph training environment offering a selection of heart rate, smoothness, and breath pacer graphs. Includes most heart rate graphs from Somatic Vision’s desktop software Alive Clinical (except the frequency bar graph).
COG RUNNER - Cog Runner is an infinite runner game where you have to optimize your breathing to win! This game will leave you feeling great as the game responds dynamically to your heart rate and breathing rhythms, guiding you to breathe well and improve your health while playing a fun game.
iFeelRelax uses continuous and accurate heart rate readings to guide you into a state of relaxation to help reduce your stress, calm you down and improve health and focus. Find your inner balance with iFeelRelax.
* iFeelRelax must be used with an iFeelWell fingertip heart rate sensor. The fingertip sensor sends continuous heart rate readings to the app to help coach and guide you to breathe at your ideal relaxation breathing rate.
