IK Isium Description
IK is the only mobile application allowing you to:
1- Simply follow the record of your business trips based on your phone's GPS
2- Save your expense reports (photos and text)
3- Establish the carbon footprint of each journey.
To do this, you define your car with its criteria:
- bluetooth name
- mileage reimbursement
- carbon consumption per kilometer
When you start IK will recognize Bluetooth and send you a notification (on the smartphone and the watch) to ask you if you want to save a trip.
When you turn off the ignition IK will ask you if you want to pause or end the ride.
You can also pause manually.
You can then
- View your journeys on a map
- Export all your trips in PDF or CSV
These records show the mileage and financial totals as well as the carbon footprint of each of your trips.
You can also record costs (tolls, restaurant, parking) . These costs can be linked to a trip or independent of any trip.
You take the photo of the receipt, you add the useful information and it's saved!
Data can be extracted (PDF or CSV) and shared without limitation.
IK operates in the background by limiting energy consumption.
It is compatible with GPS applications on the market that work in parallel.
No limitation of journeys, cars or extractions.
Your data remains only on the phone, you are the only holder...
