Digital Human Management functionalities for all employees of the INTEGRAL business group from a mobile application in which they can carry out the following procedures:
Vacation module: In this section, employees can consult and request their vacation days.
Digital Payroll Module: In this section, employees can independently generate their pay stubs, request labor certificates (with salary, without salary).
Certificates Module: In this section, employees will be able to consult the income and withholding certificates that are required annually for the income statement in Colombia.
These functionalities will facilitate the way in which employees can carry out their queries and transactions in the area of human management in the integral business group S.A.
The application will grow in new modules according to the needs that are presented in the Integral S.A. organization.
The functionalities of this application are dedicated solely and exclusively to employees of the integral S.A business group, so to enter it is necessary to have a username and password provided by the company's IT department.
