Istanze OnLine Description
The Online Instances Service (alias POLIS - On-Line Presentation of Instances) allows you to digitally submit applications related to the main administrative procedures.
It is based on the Digital Administration Code (CAD), which establishes the right of citizens to interact with the Public Administration, using the tools offered by ICT technologies as an alternative to traditional methods based on paper forms. In particular, this legislation mentions, among the alternatives designed to ensure secure access to network services of public administrations, the one that provides for the use of normal access credentials such as user code and password, provided that they allow ascertain the identity of the person requesting the services.
Prior to accessing the service, it is therefore essential to carry out an identification phase of the person to whom the authorization is given in front of a public official.
In the case of access through a SPID digital identity, the identification phase is not necessary.
