Jeu de dilemme Description
The Sexual Health Dilemma Game educates and empowers users about sexual and reproductive health and rights. This game takes users on a journey to Togo where they can explore places like the big city's school, market, dispensary, church and mosque. Throughout the game, users are faced with dilemmas and learnings, where educational questions, stories, interactive videos and mini-games will educate and inspire them to learn more about sexual rights, puberty of boys and girls, pregnancy, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and contraceptives.
Depending on the choices you make in the dilemmas you face throughout the game, your decisions will affect your future in a positive or negative way. Users thus learn that decisions can have consequences and that they can influence several factors in life.
The language of the game is French to ensure an optimal learning experience for the target audience: girls and boys from French-speaking Africa aged 10 to 24.
The visual design, stories, main characters and guide characters, as well as the background music, sound effects and voices of the game were created in partnership with Plan International Togo, the NGO La Colombe and girls and boys talented people from communities in the Maritime Region of Togo.
The dilemma game can be played individually, in a small group, in a youth club, a girls/boys club or in a classroom. When played in a group, the dilemma game functions as an interactive dialogue tool.
