JoPress App is a user-friendly platform designed to streamline the process of ordering and delivering goods from local stores. With JoPress, customers can conveniently place orders from a single store of their choice, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Once an order is placed, it is immediately transmitted to the delivery boys who have access to the order request section. They can review the details of the order and accept it for delivery. Optionally, the app can be configured to require delivery confirmation from the delivery person.
Upon confirmation, the store owner receives the order on their dashboard, allowing them to begin processing or cooking the items. The store owner then prepares the order and hands it over to the assigned delivery boy for prompt delivery. In the case of orders that have been digitally paid, the order is automatically marked as confirmed, and the store immediately receives the order on their dashboard, bypassing the need for the delivery person's confirmation.
Additionally, the app provides an option for the administrator to enable the store's confirmation model. In this scenario, regardless of whether the order is digitally paid or not, the delivery person's confirmation is not required. Once the store confirms the order, it is sent to the delivery personnel for acceptance.
The delivery personnel, after accepting the order, confirm it, and proceed to pick up the items. They then deliver the order to the customer, ensuring efficient and timely service. For orders designated as self-pickup, the entire process is managed by the store, eliminating the involvement of delivery personnel.
In the case of scheduled orders, all the necessary operations commence 15 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time. This ensures that the order is prepared and ready for delivery precisely when the customer expects it.
