Jordan eGov SMS App which will be useful for Jordan citizens and visitors, that will ease, save efforts and time to acquire the governmental entities services that were digitized into SMS services, application users can acquire a variety of SMS services such as:
1. Inquire of Judicial Requests
2. Individual Tax
3. Organizations Tax
4. Property Taxes
5. Traffic Violations
6. Nationality Directorate Transactions Query and Foreigners Affairs
7. Follow-up on Non-conviction Certificate

Application users will be Free to browse the application categories and services before requesting any service, upon requesting any governmental entities service, they will be prompted to enter their phone number, as all of these services are based on SMS request pushed from their phones, and the charging mechanism is depending on the SMS itself.
After inserting the phone number, the user will be prompted to validate his/her phone number, user will receive short message with pin code verification to proceed with successful.
After the above done successfully, the user will be able to request any service by filling the required field for that specific service.
After receiving the needed inserted details by App user, an SMS message will be sent to confirm the service pricing deduction, after that the user will have the service response on his mobile application and via SMS as well.
Application user, can browse different categories as well over the Application such as “National Call Center, Touristic Places, My Account, Directory, Ask Government”
At any time, the user can change the Application language Arabic/English.
