This application works in conjunction with the browser's overseas passport electronic application system, so even if you start this application alone, an error will be displayed and it will not work. In order to use this application, it is necessary to register for online residence registration. Please start from "overseas passport electronic application system". If this application is started from the home screen of an Android device, an error will be displayed and it will not work.
The submission of residence notification is required for those who have fixed their address or residence abroad and will be staying for more than 3 months. must be submitted and registered.

【how to use】
① Log in to the Online Residential Registration on your PC or Android device browser and access the "Overseas Passport Electronic Application System".
② Click “Read 2D code and start application” in the “Identity verification, registration of face photo and owner’s signature” menu.
③ Read the two-dimensional code displayed on the browser of the PC with the Android terminal, or tap the link on the browser of the Android terminal to start the application.
④ After taking a photo of the passport, reading the passport IC chip, taking a photo of the applicant, and taking a photo of the applicant's signature, close the application and continue entering the application details in the browser.
* Photos taken with this app will be encrypted and sent to the passport issuing system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
*Photos taken with this app are saved in the Android device's camera library.
* This application is free to use, but the user is responsible for the communication costs (data communication charges, etc.).
