Re is Regulation, which is a list of regulatory requirements (policies, guidelines, guidelines, procedures and programs) that are needed to fulfill SNARS standards.
D is Document, which is a list of documents required for proof of implementation required in fulfilling SNARS standards.
O is Observation, which is a list of observation requirements needed to fulfill SNARS standards.
W is Interview, which is a list of interview requirements needed to fulfill SNARS standards, both to owners/owners' representatives, directors, heads of divisions/fields/units and hospital staff.
S stands for Simulation, which is a list of implementation requirements that must be simulated/demonstrated by staff in compliance with SNARS standards.
Ko is Confirmation, namely things that need to be confirmed to the hospitalia community related to the implementation of SNARS.
