KEYPROD App Description
KEYPROD App is the solution that allows you to experience production monitoring through your mobile for free and without any subscription. Simply place your cell phone on your production machine or equipment, our app will captures its vibrations and interprets them into live performance indicators. There you have it ! Your production rate as well as the production and non-production times over the analyzed period right in your hand.
You can follow these indicators and find a history of the last 3 days analyzed but that's not all, we also provide an average of the total analysis period for the last 30 days.
FIND THE BEST POSITION
Our application is a real assistant that helps you find the best location that generates the most vibration on your machine. Go to the "Position" tab to launch several captures one after an other to visualize the most suitable place to start the production mode.
FOLLOW YOUR PRODUCTION
Once you have found the right location on your machine, you can launch a learning process, i.e. a capture of the vibrations by your cell phone for 10 seconds. Once this learning is done, you will be able to start the production monitoring of the equipment on which your mobile is based. You will be able to adjust the threshold and the On/Off delay to refine the monitoring.
KPI
These vibration data are then translated into performance indicators where you will find the % of production vs. the % of stops. But also a vision of the timeline as well as the real time quantity display.

All these data are transmitted live on the KEYPROD web platform: TRS, TRE, TRG, Pareto of losses, machine use, microstop accounting (...) are then available in real time, from all the devices, after only 10 minutes of set-up.
