This app is terrible! When setting 'how to shop', the setting is removed at each new product view, and the listings don't always filter correctly. The add to cart button doesn’t always work. At times, when clicking on a product, it will generate a different one. I could keep going. I'll just use a different store to schedule pick up or delivery.

Sorry app! Sorry! Takes a week to load. Randomly logs you out in the middle of your trying to order groceries. When you try to choose among suggested alternative foods, you cannot see the prices or the sizes. Randomly shows a screen that has a list of unavailable items--this list has "Delete" buttons and scares you into thinking you've deleted an item. Then, just as fast, it disappears.

The app worked well; until it didn't. Lately, I've had to sign on almost every time I need to use it, instead of it auto- opening to the "Home" page. Takes a long time to populate, when clicked on. The delay is annoying and time consuming. In the store yesterday at the customer svc window, it took 6 tries before I could even sign in while in the store! The mgr at the window had time to step away and tend to several other things before I could get on. Unacceptable, Kroger. Please fix this issue.
