La Tua Acqua Description
"Your Water" is the APP to manage your water supply in Milan in a simple and direct way and to receive information on the quality of the city's water and on the management of the Integrated Water Service by MM Spa.
The APP is aimed at customers of the Integrated Water Service of Milan (holders of a supply contract) and to all citizens who are interested in knowing how the city's water system works.
In the public area it is possible to consult:
• MAP: to find the widow or the water house closest to you and to always be informed about the work in progress along the aqueduct and sewer network in Milan
• WATER DATA: to get information on the quality of the water in your area
• SUPPORT: to find out how to send your requests to Customer Service, find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the service and contact channels with MM Spa, the manager of the Integrated Water Service of Milan (Emergency Response and Customer Service)
In this section are also available the CHARTER OF SERVICES and the REGULATION of the Service.
By registering in the reserved area, customers of the Integrated Water Service of Milan can manage their water supply contract, through the functions of:
• BILLS ARCHIVE: to view and download bills and check the status of payments
• CONSUMPTION: to check water consumption
• SELF-READING: to communicate the self-reading of the meter
• BILL NOTIFICATION EMAIL: to activate or deactivate the e-mail notification of bill issuance
Those who are not yet customers of the Milan Integrated Water Service can request information on how to activate a new supply.
