LeadDesk Talk is a lighter and mobile version of LeadDesk, the software that agents use for calling and data handling.
LeadDesk Talk is specifically tailored for scenarios where the agents needs to be mobile. LeadDesk Talk enables agents to call contacts in campaigns, the phonebook or with the numeric keypad, receive calls from inbound queues and predictive dealer campaigns, and have everything automatically sync with LeadDesk.
The activities of LeadDesk Talk -agents and the their calls, campaigns, statistics etc. can be managed and monitored (call recordings, listening and whisper functions) from the powerful LeadDesk Admin interface. Admins have a full view of all activities and reporting no matter if your agent is using the Desktop or Mobile version of LeadDesk.
LeadDesk Talk integrates seamlessly with all other LeadDesk products creating more opportunities for companies.
