• In this phase, you can expect to lose 5-15 lbs of fat, while protecting your muscle.
• Heal is full self-paced within the app.

How It Works:
• For each 4-week phase, watch a recorded weekly seminar led by Lean for Life creator & Registered Dietitian Erin Skinner
• Choose between 2 tracks: meal plans or ‘daily food checklist’
• Use the resources provided for each week to follow the metabolism-healing plan.
• Access our private Facebook community for additional support (optional)
• After each 4-week phase, decide if you want to advance immediately, or continue in your new pattern
