Learners Test - India RTO/RTA Description
Learners Test is a driving theory practice site for Learners Licence Test questions to get a driving licence in India. People are using the Learners Test to increase their chance of passing the learner test on the very first try. Learners Test provide free learner driver licence practice test questions for every Indian state. The practise tests are based on the 2021 RTO/RTA driver's manual and designed by our team of safety experts to imitate the official learners' test for your state.

Learners Test allows practising tests in different respective regional languages too. In order to be able to legally drive on public roads in India, one must have a valid Driving Licence and in order to do so, the first step is to procure a Learning Licence. This document can be availed by Indian citizens above the age of 16 (with written parental consent if they are not adults). Applicants who wish to avail of a Learning Licence will have to pass a written test, either online or offline. The questions asked will be of a multiple-choice question format, wherein applicants will have to select the correct answer. Applicants will have to get a minimum number of correct answers to pass this test.
