Livery Live allows yard owners, managers and their staff to streamline and easily communicate all aspects of day to day yard management. Meaning yards run more smoothly and cost effectively, allowing horse owners to spend more time enjoying their horses.
Diary: Use the yard diary to organise all of your events and bookings. Horse owners have 3 visibility options when adding to the diary: Only me, Me and Yard staff and Everyone.
To do list: Organise your day at the yard. You can assign tasks to staff members, who will then ‘mark as complete’ when completed. If this is a billable service it automatically adds directly to the horses bill for that month.
Horse profiles: Safely store all of your horses information in one place. Farrier, vaccination and medical records, Emergency contacts for horse and rider, Feed and supplements; and the horses diary. Everything you need to know about your horse in one place.
Messages: Communicate directly with your yard and horse owners through our messaging section.
Notice board: Use our notice board to communicate with everyone on your yard instantly.
Yard services and settings: Add billable services and yard diary categories quickly and easily in our setting menu
