Local Forum is a location based social media platform where you can interact with people in your neighborhood, town, city or even farther through creating posts, commenting and chatting about different topics. You have the ability to set the distance from your current location within which you'll receive posts in your feed. You'll also be able to create and/or join communities which help categorize discussion threads and conversations based on common topics or interests.

How it works:
- Create an account and verify your email (you can browse around without verifying your email but you'll not be able to publish content before you verify your email).
- Navigate to the settings page using the top right user icon and adjust the distance to the maximum distance within which you will be seeing posts from.
- Check out the posts in our feed or go to the 'Explore' tab and explore new communities to join (if there aren't any communities that catch your interest, you can create new communities).
- Create a post using the 'Create' tab, or start a conversation with other users and connect away!
