This app drives me absolutely crazy. The alarm will go off for no reason and it gets unreasonably loud. Sometimes everyone is sleeping peacefully and there is no reason whatsoever for the alarm to go off, but it starts blaring to wake everyone up. Before you suggest, all notifacations are disabled. The background play alarm is disabled. Closing the app does not stop the alarm. I have to actually restart my phone. This does not happen on my wife's iPhone.

The camera constantly needs rebooting, every single day there's a connectivity issue, and yes, the app is up to date and wifi connection is actually very good. For new parents who are tight with money, absolutely don't recommend it. Trying to reboot the camera every time when baby is sleeping is extremely stressful and a nuisance if baby is a light sleeper. Wish we could return it but unfortunately we bought the camera off of someone from marketplace, who thought they had bad wifi!

Update: this is the worst app backed camera for baby monitoring. I don't recommend it to anyone. Regardless what you do with your WiFi connection in order to improve the signal, the app takes forever to load live streaming. WORST. Edit: I wish brand owner replied to negative feedback in this section to try fix its connectivity problems. Horrible mobile app. Always offline, never shows real time video. Freezes, not recommending this brand.
