M40FIT Description
MFIT40 offers dozens of complete workout programs for women over 40 who
want to train at home or at the gym with classes created by an experienced professional
and get results faster and more efficiently.
The application has classes for all levels of students (beginner to advanced) and includes:
pilates, flexibility, joint mobility, mini band and elastic band classes, ball classes, classes
for better conditioning and muscle definition.
The big difference is that these workouts don't need big investments in accessories or
gym equipment, mostly. Basically it's classes using body weight.
In addition, there are dozens of other bonuses: food menus prepared by a nutritionist, classes
of meditation and yoga, class to control emotional hunger with a psychologist, Guide to hygiene of the
sleep to sleep better, class to eliminate abdominal diastasis with a specialist and several classes
of challenges that were made in the past.
