The North pointer of this app’s magnetic compass points to the Magnetic North Pole of the earth. Please understand that the earth’s Magnetic North Pole does not always coincide with the earth’s Geographic North Pole. At the time of the release of this version of the app, the earth’s Magnetic North Pole and the Geographic North Pole are at different locations. Therefore, we recommend that you learn and understand about this and other related concepts before you use the app.
