Malabon City Speedy Alert (MCSA) is an Inter-Agency Response Mobile Application for disaster, crime and emergencies that with a few taps on the cellular phone, a user or the community can easily call any concerned agencies in times of uncertainties and disasters, can access the minor information of an emergency response office/ station of this Province and can now easily find its exact geographical location.
It is an innovative approach for a speedy response through the use of technology under the leadership of FSUPT JOSEPHUS FRANCO ALBURO, City Fire Marshal, Malabon City Fire Station, BFP-NCR.
