Mental arithmetic Description
Come up with mathematical expressions and equations of varying complexity and practice to improve your counting skills. You can adjust the difficulty of the task as you need it, so the app will be useful for both students starting to learn mathematics, and high school students.
In the app, you can train your counting skills using your own alphanumeric expression. You can create a simple expression for adding two numbers: A + B, or a complex one using random operation signs and parentheses: (Z × (Z + Z ÷ Z) ± Z) ÷ Z .
Additionally, you can specify a numeric interval, the number of examples, and the execution time. You can set the boundary separately for each parameter, for example: ≤50 (numbers up to 50) or random digit of a number: 2# (numbers from 20 to 29) and use in the expression: Z + ≤50 ± 2#. In the settings, you can disable the confirmation of the answer to increase the speed.
Task options:
- calculate the value of the expression;
- compare two expressions;
- solve the equation;
- numeric chains;
Parameters in expressions:
- integers;
- decimal fractions;
- common fractions;
And for beginners without additional settings:
- multiplication table up to 20;
- addition and subtraction within 100
- division with remainder;
Complex examples can be used for a written arithmetic. The list of examples with answers can be printed or saved in a file.
It is possible to solve examples by ear with a voice response. The availability of languages depends on the connected speech synthesizer module and recognizer. You can create your own set of voice commands and messages, instead of the default ones.
Groups of screen elements, including the keyboard, are scaled separately for optimal customization on different screens.
