And this is how it works: Customer orders via the Reichenbach app, specifying when and in which branch the order will be picked up. The pre-order is automatically printed in the store and confirmed as soon as it is accepted. The customer picks up the pre-order at the desired time and pays as usual at the checkout or at the collection machine.
