The Meu Protheus application was specially developed to support TOTVS Backoffice (Protheus Line) users in their daily lives through approvals and notifications of operational events that occur within the ERP.

Approvals

Through the application it is possible to carry out the approvals below:

- Measurement of Contract, Request and Purchase Order

The application allows the user to evaluate/approve requests and purchase orders, and measure contracts, according to the existing settings in the authority control. To use the application in this context, it is not necessary to have any type of extra configuration in the authority control, that is, it is enough for the user, who is an "approver" in the authority control, to access the application that his pending requests approval purchases will be displayed in the app.

- Accountability (expense control)

It is also possible, through the app, to approve/reject rendering of accounts, a process integrated with the travel control of the Financial module of the ERP TOTVS Backoffice (Protheus Line).

Events

Meu Protheus can help you visualize the processing progress of some routines and processes that occur within the ERP TOTVS Backoffice Linha Protheus through push notifications.
